Today was a Lola only day, so we deviated from our regularly scheduled plan to enjoy a day just for Lola ❤
Lola set up the morning circle and did a fantastic job! She chose a special talking piece and yoga mats for each of us.

After circle, we read a Robert Munsch book called "So Much Snow!" We all enjoyed the silliness in the story. After story, Lola chose to bake applesauce cookies! We adapted the recipe we found online to make the cookies good for everyone to eat because Lola wants to share the cookies with the whole school on Monday! Lola and Corbin mixed and mixed, then added candy eyes to the cookies we would eat today. We popped the cookies in the oven and crafted while they baked.
Our craft today was with pipe cleaners and beads. We made candy canes, wreaths and Christmas trees, while Corbin created more product for his business.
Lola wanted to organize our very messy school doll house too, so we pulled it out and started cleaning it up. Lola organized items into room categories, and we all chose a space, removed everything and gave the doll house a deep clean before playing later in the afternoon.
After lunch we went out for a hike in the scanty snow. We headed to the forest for some tree climbing. The Wind almost blew us over on the trail and we noticed our faces were very chilly.
After our hike we enjoyed our delicious cookies and hope that everyone will love them on Monday.
We continued the remainder of our day working on the dollhouse and tidying up. We ran out of time for sharing board today as we were so wrapped up in dollhouse creation and play.
