Our Program

We operate our program 5 days a week and accommodate enrollment of students from 2 days up to 5 days a week, with an annual signed education commitment for each child. 

 

Students are organized into pods of similar aged groupings for break out activities and skill building.  These pods are called Sprouts (4-7 years), Seedlings (8-10 years) and Saplings (11 to 14+ years).  All of our days begin as a complete school community exploring our foundational teachings in circle, moving through our morning mindfulness activities and calendar time together.  Our entire school community gathers for lunch and outside time daily as well, and school wide projects through out the year, like feast days, share the magic business days, spirit days and our annual pancake cook off to celebrate the completion of our backyard maple syrup production.

Our program supports a center based, student led and project focused learning environment, with a heavy emphasis on self and outdoor discovery, through play.  Students direct their education based on their passions and interests through our play based centers, that naturally extend to real world information and skills.​​​​​

We recognize educational pursuits with badges at our end of year ceremony.

Students learn about badge requirements and pursue them when doing so inspires them in their learning.

All curriculum areas, including math and language are learned through a combination of mini lessons that focus on skill discovery and mastery, creative play and badge achievement.

Special Features of Our Program You Won't Find Anywhere Else

 

Our program weaves together music education, emotional intelligence and character development through drum creation and daily drum circles.  These circles support children to learn about rhythm, discover their own rhythm and practice keeping their rhythm among the many distractions of life.

Our business immersion program, where students have the opportunity to experience being an employee by working in our school store or developing their own business is another unique part of our program.  Our school has 4 business sale days each year called Share The Magic Days that are open to the community at large.

Our Zen Magic curriculum, weaves through the year supporting students with daily breath, movement, meditation, journaling practices, and more, which empower students with skills that support deep self discovery and clearing of stagnant energies.

We offer school tours by appointment,

and trial days so you know if our program is for you BEFORE you enroll.

If you choose to enroll without trial days, your first week will considered a trial and is outlined in the policies included in your choice.

Annual education payments are able to be paid in one lump sum, or divided into 12 equal monthly payments.  The prices listed in our registration options are monthly payment amounts for annual contracts only. 

We offer shorter multi month enrollment on a case by case basis.

**We are planning a High School Program which is in development mode for September 2027-2028.  It will be designed as a DIY Highschool experience for each student based on their interests and passions, while supporting them in business, with specialized courses, and connections to skilled trades available within London, Ontario.
